When Joe Lombardo was first asked about Trump's reckless tariffs, he said we needed to "feel a little pain." Nevadans deserve a governor who looks out and fights for working families, not someone who plays politics and feigns ignorance.

As Attorney General and your next Governor, it’s my job to protect Nevadans and take on the bad actors preying on our families. That’s why I’ve taken corporate landlords and fraudulent realty companies to court, and it’s why we just sued a major predatory real estate company … and won.

When Trump jacked up the price of *everything* with his tariffs, Joe Lombardo shrugged & said Nevadans need to “feel a little pain.” I refused to stand by while Nevada families were told to suck it up. Working families need relief, which is why I took on Trump’s tariffs in court. And we just won.

As your next Governor, investing in student mental health resources will be a given. It’s essential to their growth, development, and well-being – both in and out of the classroom.

At a time when Nevada has one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation, the Lombardo-Trump tariffs are forcing small businesses to close. Lombardo may think Nevadans need to “feel a little pain” from Trump’s tariffs. I don’t. Nevadans need relief. That’s why I took Trump to court and won.

Despite what Joe Lombardo may think, energy bills are unaffordable for so many Nevadans. As Governor, I will fight tooth and nail to permanently end the demand charge, build out residential solar, and create good-paying union energy jobs.
