Memorial Day 2026 in Topsfield, featuring the Proctor School band. Due to rain, the parade was cancelled & the ceremony was moved indoors at the school. It’s always wonderful to see such a turnout. Cant get to a ceremony? Instead quietly honor a veteran today who gave her/his life for our country. 🫡
For the @bearingwitnessice.bsky.social standout on 4/22 we created signs with the names, ages, countries of origin & dates of death of the 44 immigrants who died in ICE custody under Trump. As each name was read aloud, I felt honored to take part, and be in community with the 700+ people gathered.
