Here's what we know about the California Primary Election so far... Several of our endorsed candidates advanced which is a major win for clean air, affordable energy, and climate action! But votes are still being counted. One thing is for sure, corporate polluters spent $$$.

We’re celebrating important wins on wildfire resilience, Indigenous water rights, and clean energy—but California can’t afford half measures. The Assembly must stop caving to Big Oil and meet the urgency of this moment with bold climate action.

Gracyna is so right. California can’t afford to weaken its climate goals. Expanding allowances above the cap threatens progress toward our 2030 emissions targets and could cut critical Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund support in half.
