"... people did wear PPE, or sporadically …" Therein lies another problem ... ≥FFP2 respirators only work when they are being worn ... all bets are off if they are not. I'm disinclined to bet on not wearing one ... they really are not difficult ... just waste 1:19 and see ... it may save your life
