Just voted YES on the War Powers Resolution to end Trump's unfettered ability to wage war in Iran. It failed by one vote. One. Vote. Last time, the margin was worse. We're gaining ground and we'll keep at it until Congress does its job and upholds the Constitution.

The Iran war is costing 6x more than what we spend on food assistance for hungry Americans. Trump has decided we can't afford healthcare tax credits for hardworking Americans, but we can spend up to $2 billion a day dropping bombs in the Middle East.

I just voted yes on the War Powers Resolution. Listen to my thoughts here. During my briefing, I didn’t receive evidence of any imminent threat to justify this attack. Now six American soldiers are dead with no clear endgame. Our country deserves better than another endless war.
