This yearās UN climate talks ended on Saturday and for once we can say we have taken a small step forward towards climate justice. ā However, the scale of the crisis we face requires giant leaps forward to cut emissions and protect people and planet. We need concrete plans, not just strong words.
Is the government's new climate plan fit for purpose? Weāve pored over all 238 pages and compiled our expert analysis. What we know for sure is that we need the government to go further and move faster. They can do so by making fossil fuel companies and the super-rich pay more for climate action.ā
