Had a great visit with Nina at Channing Daughters in Bridgehampton. Their award-winning wines and decades of family dedication are part of what makes the East End so special.

Clean water is not a luxury. It's essential to our health, environment, and economy. From harmful algae blooms to aging septic systems, East End waterways are facing serious challenges that impact our bays, fisheries, beaches, and quality of life. We need real solutions.

This Pride Month, I'm sharing a piece of my story. When I was 14 or 15, I came out as gay. A few weeks after telling a friend, I sat down with my parents and did one of the hardest things I've ever done. I was fortunate to have parents who loved and supported me through that journey.

One issue comes up again and again when I talk to Democrats, Independents, and even Republicans across Long Island: corruption. People are tired of watching politicians get rich while working families struggle to afford groceries, housing, healthcare, and everyday necessities.

It was an honor to spend time with Hamptons homeowners and hear directly about the challenges families are facing every day. Families are being squeezed by rising costs, high gas prices, and an economy that simply isn’t working for working people. It’s time for change.

I was honored to join Joseph Scianablo on the "On The Go with Joe" Podcast. As a fellow veteran and former Marine running for office (Town of Hempstead Supervisor), we had powerful conversations about service, leadership, affordability, and the future of our communities.

Today we remember the heroes who never made it home. Their sacrifice is the reason we live in freedom today. Honor the fallen, support our Gold Star families, and never forget those who gave everything for this country. #MemorialDay #RememberAndHonor #USA #America #FreedomIsntFree

This is what democracy looks like. Real leaders showing up, walking door to door, listening directly to the people, not hiding behind a screen or talking at communities from a distance. It was a pleasure hitting the doors with our future Assemblyman Craig Herskowitz.

Long Islanders are struggling with rising costs, crumbling infrastructure, and affordability while Washington debates a proposed $1.5 trillion military budget. President Trump’s FY2027 budget proposal includes major increases in defense spending alongside proposed cuts to vital programs.

I am proud to stand with the Unrig Washington movement and be supported by End Citizens United in the fight to restore integrity and accountability in Congress. No corporate PAC money. No insider stock trading. Just real representation focused on the people, not special interests.

Medicare is a lifeline for more than 67 million Americans, and we have a responsibility to protect it for current and future generations. In Congress, I’ll fight to strengthen Medicare, lower healthcare costs for seniors, protect access to care, and ensure the system remains sustainable. #Medicare

Out knocking doors together across Long Island. Walking through neighborhoods and having real conversations about the future of our communities. Real change starts in our communities. That change happens at every level, from state government to Congress. We’re stronger when we work together.

In Suffolk County, more than 40,000 veterans call this community home, yet too many are still struggling to access the care and support they’ve earned. We ask people to serve this country, but when they come home, they shouldn’t have to fight just to receive healthcare.

At the grocery store, people aren’t talking about party lines. They’re talking about prices. The cost of living on Long Island keeps rising, and families are feeling it every single day. People don’t want constant political fighting. They want relief.

Right now, nearly 9 out of 10 Americans disapprove of Congress. That’s not just a statistic, it’s a reflection of how disconnected Washington has become from the people it’s supposed to serve. That’s exactly why I host town halls and why, as your Congressman, I will continue to host them regularly.

What happened this week near the Islamic Center of Deer Park is unacceptable. Anti-Islam graffiti has no place in our communities, and no one should ever feel unsafe because of how they pray. Long Island is stronger than hate. We must stand together, reject hate in all forms.

In the middle of everything else going on, this administration quietly fired every member of the board overseeing the National Science Foundation. Let’s call this what it is: reckless. America became a global leader because we invested in science, discovery, and the people shaping the future.

Every door knocked is a reminder that change begins with showing up. This campaign isn’t built behind closed doors. It’s built in neighborhoods, on front porches, through conversations, and by people who believe their voice matters.

Stony Brook — I’ll see you tonight. 8PM in the SAC Loft. Let’s talk about what you actually need from your representative and how we fix it. #TeamGallant #NY1 #GallantForCongress

On with Anderson Cooper discussing the resignations of Eric Swalwell and Tony Gonzales following sexual assault allegations. If we expect the public’s trust, we need real transparency and accountability in Washington, no exceptions. #TeamGallant #NY1 #GallantForCongress

Petitioning season is closed. Around 7,000 signatures submitted, because of every volunteer who showed up and put in the work across NY-1. THANK YOU! The energy is incredible! NY-1 is ready. Are you? 🇺🇸🗽 • • • • • #TeamGallant #NY1 #GallantForCongress

Government should answer to the people. That hasn’t been happening in Suffolk County—but it will. I’m running to represent NY-01 the right way: with honesty, accountability, and results. Join us. Let’s restore trust in Washington together. #TeamGallant #NY1 #GallantForCongress

Honored to be welcomed back by @AndersonCooper360 to discuss the tragic LGA crash. My thoughts are with the families affected. We cannot allow these failures to continue. I will fight in Congress to fix the serious issues facing our air traffic control system,.

2 2

My thoughts are with everyone affected by the crash at LaGuardia. I joined @andersoncooper360 last night to discuss what we know so far. Incidents like this are a reminder of how much responsibility our air traffic controllers carry every day, often under significant strain. Safety is Priority.

What’s happening in our government isn’t working—and Long Island is being ignored. I’m running to change that. Real leadership. Real accountability. Real results. Let’s fix this. #TeamGallant #NY1 #GallantForCongress

Donald Trump’s “Warrior Dividend” is a distraction from the cuts his administration made to the VA and the veterans who rely on it. As a veteran, I won’t stay silent.

The shutdown has created a cascading crisis in air traffic control. Retirements are surging, training is stalled, and burnout is getting worse. Watch my segment on @cnn.com about what happens next and why it will take a long time for things to get back to normal 📺

I'm running for Congress because I'm a blue-collar guy from the South Shore of Long Island who knows what everyday families are dealing with, and I want to do better for them. Grateful to The 11th Hour for having me on to talk about why I’m in this fight. Watch the clip here:

I was honored to join a group of veterans at Stony Brook University yesterday for a conversation about Veterans Day and what it means to serve. Thank you to those who have worn the uniform, carried the weight, and kept the promise to serve something bigger than themselves.

Shutdowns hurt real people. I saw it firsthand as an air traffic controller in 2018, That’s why I’m running for Congress: to fix a system that’s left too many behind. Thanks @audiecornish.bsky.social and @cnn.com for having me on.

No one wants flight delays, but when air traffic controllers are overworked and underpaid during a shutdown, safety has to come first. I’ve been in the tower, and I know how serious this is. Watch to hear why the FAA made the right call and why I’m running for Congress. 🎥

We're officially one year out from midterms. This election isn't just another contest, it's a referendum on politics that aren't working for the people. It's time to demand leaders who actually deliver for our communities. Let's get to work and put Long Islanders first.

Had a great time door-knocking for some of our local elections here in Suffolk County! Friendly reminder to get out and vote before Tuesday 🗳️

You may have heard Pete Hegseth recently called for a return to a “highest male standard” for combat roles, saying “if that means no women qualify, so be it.” Here's why his comments aren't just wrong, but dangerous 🎥
