As of 4 a.m. local time, 7 people are reported injured, including a child. Search & rescue is ongoing.

💔😔The number of people killed in russias hit on a residential building in Kharkiv has now risen to 7, including two children. According to President Zelenskyy russia launched a total of 29 missiles, nearly half of them were ballistic, and 480 drones at Ukraine during the night.
