HB 1333 has been a wild ride. The language that would have allowed data centers and other big industrial developments to be constructed in certain rural communities without public input appears to have hit a wall, and won’t be moving forward. Your voice matters, Hoosiers!

In the news: Noblesville schools, rated as among the best in the state, are laying off staff and cutting their budget in response to funding shortages. These funding shortages came about in part due to policy decisions by our state lawmakers. Our public schools deserve to be fully funded.
