#turkeys, #ThePetProtectProject, #AnimalRefuge I thought at first Aylia was kissing Ahmet, then realized she was eating something off of him. He was just grazing in the tall grass, perhaps she found seeds on him? I have never seen any bugs on my birds. I keep habitats as emaculate as possible.

#ThePetProtectProject Turn on the sound. As soon as Henry gave a warning honk, Earl Grey stood, Oolong popped his head out, the girls went silent. They are syncing, a good sign they are getting along and have a system that works for them. They have accepted Henry as part of the flock, and trust him.

#ThePetProtectProject The problem with being a gurdian is you dont get much time for foraging. He dose a little, Chinese geese are prolific at foraging. That is why I keep it so wild looking in the front, with barley, sunflowers and grass. They love it, and need it at least once a day.

#ThePetProtectProject Used to be, one of the male ducks had to be the look-out. Now, Henry the goose has the job, and he is ever so happy to take on the challenge.

#goose, #ThePetProtectProject Before I went to bed, he was in the pond, when I woke, he was still in it. 5-51/2 hrs. I sat outside by the pond for him to get used to me. He has a great view of the alleyway, loop 230, and customers at the Smoke Shop. Entertainment. Ya gotta give'em what they want.
