Ophea was #OnTheMove at Students Commission of Canada's Against the Current Knowledge Exchange 2026! This was a great opportunity to gather w/ decision makers, practitioners, youth leaders & academics leading collaborative efforts that respond to calls for action & support from youth themselves.

Ophea collabore avec l'école publique de Crosby Heights sur la nutrition dans le cadre de notre projet « Les ailes de la santé » ! Les élèves ont récemment suivi un cours sur l'alimentation en pleine conscience, ont préparé un goûter sain et l'ont distribué à toute l'école !
