A lot of people move through the world assuming a bathroom will exist nearby. Not everyone can.

“People are humans just like anybody else.” Infrastructure gaps don’t erase human needs.

A lot of survival is just trying to meet ordinary human needs without ordinary infrastructure.

A bathroom technically existing somewhere in town is not the same thing as meaningful restroom access.

Human needs don’t disappear when infrastructure does.

A lot of infrastructure only becomes visible when it’s missing. Restroom access is one of those things.

Clean rivers require infrastructure too.

People hear “compost toilet” and immediately invent a horror movie in their heads. Then they actually step inside one.

People think compost toilets are gross. Most people are shocked by how clean they actually are.

Change doesn't start big.
