You know, some bike lanes are a lot better than others (Roosevelt Road, Chicago)

Here's the car read out when it was running the cooktop - even at a little over half battery, it can run the cooktop for 14 hours at full power, which you basically never do (it'll burn food immediately).

It still blows my mind that you can run a full induction cooktop off of a car - and for multiple days! Boiling water was my demo because it's easy, but I could basically run a whole kitchen out of the trunk! The future doesn't need to have dirty diesel food trucks or generators
