This Bari Weiss and her "Free" Press in an nut shell, hiding what article so people won't know how blatant the racism was. It's not just about the positions (In this case it's racism isn't racist). it's about how duplicitous they are in staking them out.

Don't conflate support for Israel with being against antisemitism, any more than you should equate criticism of Israel with antisemitism or being against antisemitism as supporting Israel. All that aside, I doubt many people know just how bad that interview was as well as I do.

I'd never heard of him before the Coates ambush. I had heard Coates mentioned multiple times in the preceding weeks & watched the interview only knowing there was buzz about it. I thought he was unprofessional & he neglected to disclose his children live in Israel Then he sucked up to Portnoy

Yup Weiss has supported him ever since. His Interbush (interview/ambush) of Coates, where he most importantly did not reveal he had children in Israel, made him her darling and she stepped in to defend him. Recently he didn't challenge this guy saying he had a moral compass
