Ok, yep. The chemistry btwn #Liza and #BobbyD is riveting and (per their characters) Stressful. But: the production choices by #Scorsese, notably re the musical numbers, are sublime. I think audiences and film critics in ‘77 couldn’t separate #BobbyD from “Taxi Driver” and #Liza from her priors.
