When he was mayor, Ben worked to revitalize Fergus Falls's riverfront. We need to bring economic development and good paying jobs to communities across Minnesota, and I’m looking forward to working with Ben to get this done.

Last night the people of the Twin Cities received the JFK Profile in Courage Award. It was an inspiration to be there as Imam Yusuf Abdulle, Natalie Ehret, Carolina Ortiz & Zena Stenvik accepted the award. As Yusuf said: “I encourage everybody to choose to be brave.” That's what Minnesotans did.

I know who I am, and I know who I am running for: the people of Minnesota.

118 13

Honored to earn the endorsement of the Minnesota DFL alongside former Fergus Falls Mayor Ben Schierer. We are ready to hit the campaign trail!

128 21

It takes a team, and I’m lucky to have this one.

Today I'm excited to announce my running mate for Lieutenant Governor: former Fergus Falls Mayor Ben Schierer. Ben hasn’t just talked about how to create opportunities in greater Minnesota – he’s actually done it.

I was in Blaine for the Highway 65 Reconstruction Project groundbreaking. These four highway overpasses (combo of state, federal & local funding) will finally & vastly improve one of the most dangerous stretches of road in Minnesota. Less congestion, less traffic lights and safe driving. YES!

Rochester Airport continues to keep up with the times and it is an airport that receives life-saving organs and equipment every day. We got federal funding for an upgrade that will improve safety and support cargo, air ambulances, pilot training, and local businesses.

Tariffs and global instability are driving up fertilizer costs for Minnesota farmers. I was in Mankato because some of the biggest innovations are happening right here: converting local biofuels into domestically sourced fertilizer, creating jobs, and cutting dependence on China.

73 9

Keeping costs down for farmers and families starts with keeping production local. The Central Farm Service and Minnesota Farmers Union are working together to do just that – and this is the kind of innovation our state needs. Good to be there with Gary Wertish and KC Graner.

40 5

I was honored to attend the ceremony at Fort Snelling yesterday. All those buried there are heroes — ordinary people who did extraordinary things. Americans who fought for a future where liberty prevails.

76 7

Republican North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis is right that Congress decides how taxpayer dollars are spent — not the president. And your money shouldn’t go to people convicted of assaulting law enforcement and the Capitol on January 6th.

As Americans, we will have political differences. But two values always unite us: our respect for our country, and our respect for the men and women who serve it.

We might still be 95 days from my favorite time of year, but this weekend you can get a taste of the Minnesota State Fair.

Great to have Governor Whitmer in Minnesota! Workers deserve dignity and jobs built for the future. That’s what we’re fighting for together.

120 24

Trump’s war with Iran has cost Americans more than $42 billion in gas and diesel costs. That’s more than $300 per family. Not peanuts.

A good way to end the night and begin the day. And they had us at “hello!” Thanks for a great run Stephen Colbert!

273 31

For 11 years, Stephen Colbert has brought humor and heart to late-night television. It was a privilege to join him on that stage. Thank you, Stephen, and wishing you all the best in your next chapter.

At the Park Plaza Co-op in Fridley, I heard directly from manufactured home owners across Minnesota who are working to protect their communities. Together, we can and will do more to make housing affordable for all Minnesotans.

35 3

If only he put this much energy into lowering costs.

107 8

A fitting sendoff for Stephen Colbert from his friend Jon Stewart with a surprise appearance from the great Andra Day – inspiring us all to Rise Up.

Minnesotans deserve a government that can carry its weight and match their drive and ambition. If you give me the opportunity to serve as your governor, I will work every day to build a government that solves problems and delivers results for the people it serves.

One year ago, the TAKE IT DOWN Act was signed into law. And Minnesota is now the first state to ban nudification technology entirely. No one should have their life destroyed by non-consensual intimate images or AI deepfakes, and this law is helping protect victims.

87 10

My friend Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said it best — in the Midwest, we’re not afraid to work hard. But if we want to make a better future for all Minnesotans, we have to train our workers on the technology of today and build on our culture of innovation.

After two of their employees lost their home to the wildfires, the Rustic Inn Cafe in Two Harbors stepped up to collect donations and serve free meals to first responders and those impacted by the fires. One of the many examples of Minnesotans showing up for one another in a time of need.

96 11

The Hmong community in Minnesota is a vital part of our state. A great example of that is Hmong Village in Saint Paul. Visited with Mayor Her to see the thriving small businesses and recognize the contributions Hmong Minnesotans make to our economy and culture.

72 10

Spoke with the Mayor of Two Harbors. The winds are still a major issue today with the fires up north, but we hope the rain will help tomorrow. This video is an incredible example of pilots taking water from Lake Superior to fight the fires.

Some of our state government offices still use computers with black screens and a blinking cursor. As governor, I will replace these decades-old systems with modern technology that delivers results — and holds government accountable to you.

Three federal judges tried to override decades of science and ban a medication the FDA has deemed safe for 25 years. The Supreme Court put that decision on hold—but the fight isn’t over. We must keep fighting to protect reproductive freedom.

133 35

I’m standing with parents and advocates to push for the Kids Online Safety Act to hold platforms accountable, strengthen parental tools, and bring transparency to the algorithms shaping what our kids see.

Trump really just said “I don't think about Americans’ financial situation.” That’s what he should be doing every day.

224 53

Right now, I'm heading to our Senate Agriculture Committee hearing on fertilizer supply & affordability. Farmers in Minnesota & nationwide are being squeezed by rising input costs — like higher fuel costs — driven by the Administration’s tariffs & the ongoing conflict in Iran.

60 9

Trump’s ballroom is another example of this administration’s misplaced priorities. Americans see that — and they don’t support it.

130 23

Minnesota cannot afford to have a rubber stamp for the President in the governor's office. From the tariffs to health care cuts, I have taken on the White House and gotten things done for our state.

One thing about my mom, she loved fishing. Some of my best memories growing up are from fishing trips with her. This fishing opener weekend, I'm thinking about my mom — and hoping everyone out there makes a few memories of their own. Happy Mother's Day!

Another exciting week for Minnesota sports with the Wild, Wolves, and the Frost back in the playoffs. Good luck on the ice tonight, Frost! ❄️

Minnesotans know how to make Minnesota’s government work better. I’ve seen it in all 87 counties. Now you can share your ideas with me at: www.amyklobuchar.com/submit-your-....

Minnesota’s hemp industry supports farmers and small businesses, and a one-size-fits-all nationwide ban ignores the strong safety rules we have in place. I’m working across the aisle with Sen. Rand Paul to reverse the federal ban that is threatening jobs in Minnesota.

Minnesotans are right to have high expectations. They meet deadlines, solve problems, and plan for their families every day—our government should too.

73 15

Across Minnesota, gas prices are over $4 a gallon. Americans are already dealing with high everyday costs, and this administration’s unilateral war with Iran is only making it worse — and it has to stop.

107 18

Minnesotans are right to be angry about fraud. It is unacceptable and it must end. As governor, I will strengthen criminal penalties and launch a top to bottom audit of state government to root out waste, fraud, and abuse. Learn about my plan here: www.amyklobuchar.com/html/assets/...

74 6

Every year, I visit all 87 counties. I build coalitions with proven housing leaders like former St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman and people from across Minnesota to get things done. That's what we need to build more homes so that we can make housing more affordable.

88 12

I will show up for all Minnesotans, whether you're a Republican, Democrat, or Independent. Will work with solution-focused mayors like Hollies Winston of Brooklyn Park to deliver results from fixing roads to public safety. Great to have him there when I laid out my plan to reform state government.

72 11

When it comes to housing, healthcare, and child care one size doesn’t fit all across our state. I'm grateful to have the support of Greater Minnesota leaders like Grand Rapids Mayor Tasha Connelly and honored she joined us when I laid out my plan to reform our state government.

61 14

As the former U.S. Attorney for Minnesota, Andy Luger exposed the fraud and indicted over 70 people. He and I worked together to make sure he had the prosecutors he needed to take these cases on, and I’m honored to have his support.

131 17

Minnesotans are right to have high expectations of our government.

187 27

Drivers in Minnesota are paying $4 a gallon today. That's up more than a dollar since the start of the war with Iran. That's costing Minnesotans every mile.

80 9

Brit’s Pub is a true Minneapolis staple of British food and culture. It was great to have invited Brit’s general manager, Shane Higgins, to King Charles’ address to Congress.

61 6

Costs are up. Tariffs are hurting our farmers and small businesses. And this war is driving up gas and fertilizer prices. We need to stop the chaos and focus on making things affordable for Americans.
