Este patrón se repite en varias comunidades autónomas. Lo que debería ser una política de acceso a la vivienda se convierte en un negocio con precios de mercado. En Galicia: A los inquilinos se les piden 63.000 € de capital inicial para entrar en un piso de alquiler social.
