Costs are rising while key Nevada industries like tourism and travel are being harmed by the Trump Administration's policies. Yesterday evening, I spoke directly to Nevadans about the impacts on our state and some of the work I'm doing to protect working families.

The SAVE America Act forces states to submit their voter rolls to a DHS program that has a history of flagging eligible U.S. citizens for removal with little to no explanation. You may not realize your state removed you until election day. And to reregister, you'll need documents you may not have.

I want Dreamers to know that Nevadans, and Americans, of every background and faith are standing with you. We are tired of the bad policies, the racism, and the hate from the Trump Administration, and we are pushing back.

RFK Jr. claims he wants to make Americans healthier. But at every opportunity, he's gone along with the Trump Admin.'s moves to gut access to health care.

Here's the full story: Nevada has the smallest allotment from the Colorado River, but we have been so effective at conservation that we don't use all of it - even with how fast we have grown.

Senate Democrats stopped Trump’s SAVE America Act by making it clear how harmful this voter suppression bill would be to citizens. This is a victory for Nevadans, and now I'm focused on continuing to protect our state from Trump's attempts to silence our voices.

Trump campaigned in Nevada promising to lower costs for our families. He has done just the opposite. Now he’s back, and he wants to try and sell his failures. But Nevadans can see the disastrous impacts of his policies all around us.

Today, Senate Republicans are once again attempting to hand Donald Trump a check for tens of billions of dollars for his mass deportation agenda. They're not focused on helping Americans, or even willing to protect our basic rights. It's shameful.

DACA recipients are following the rules, they're working, and they're paying taxes. They shouldn't be at risk of losing their jobs because the Trump Admin. is creating months-long delays to renew their DACA status.

You shouldn't have to sign away your rights to open a credit card or take out a loan. That's why @democrats.senate.gov and I took over the Senate floor to reinstate commonsense protections against companies including illegal terms in their fine print.

The folks at Fox & Friends were upset that the Virginia governor is backing a plan to redistrict the state of Virginia. Even Brian Kilmeade had to admit Trump started this trend when he enthusiastically encouraged Texas to wipe out Democratic districts to help him in the midterms
