Most Americans agree the Supreme Court should not have the most relaxed ethics laws in the country. Most Americans – Republican and Democrat – don’t think justices should be able to hold onto their seats forever.

I found this to be so beautiful.

I’ve been running hard these past weeks, from D.C. to New Jersey to states across the country. Long days. Too little sleep. Fired up by what’s happening in our nation. And yet, in the middle of all of it, I keep meeting people carrying burdens heavier than mine who still choose kindness.

During the Civil Rights Movement, even on the bleakest days people rose up from all backgrounds. They overcame intimidation, pain and even the Supreme Court. The people persevered and that's what we must do now.

Sportsmanship. Grace. Kindness. On the field and in life may we all show it more.

Be a reason others believe in the goodness of the world. This story moved me and made me think. Thank you @drrosemoten
