I had some milkweed pop up a few years ago from a single seed (this was my milkweed washing station from when I raised monarchs)… since then I had to remove the rose that was here in the same bed..I dug up the rose and all the milkweed rhizomes I could find- so I thought 😅

Oohhh look at that nice fence😁 I’m on the edge of a valley ( the woods) and frequently have visitors. I’m torn between growing food ( and protecting it) and having a nice boring view of the trees. Besides what you can see here, I have a second backyard that we call “the lower plateau” 😝
