We destroyed Iraq. We destroyed Afghanistan. And the people behind all that destruction, all that killing, the people who sent me to war are still in power. Still sending young Americans to die thousands of miles from home.

On this 4/20, even with legalization in sight, there are still tens of thousands of people in prison for nonviolent cannabis “crimes.” Legalization isn’t enough. Everyone caught up in prohibition deserves freedom and a clean record.

Working multiple jobs is not enough anymore. It's not enough to put a roof over your head, put food on the table and put your kids through college. I refuse to believe that Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos deserve their billions and my neighbors don't deserve the life their parents had.
