Ireland can no longer afford a National Development Plan that merely "aims" for green targets or one that relies on fossil fuels. Green energy independence means that when global conflicts drive up the price of oil and gas, Irish families are protected because their power comes from renewables!

When we look at Epstein Files it feels like we learned nothing from the Me Too movement, we still don't believe women. In Ireland we have insanely low rates of prosecution for trafficking. It doesn't mean there's no trafficking, it just means the law is not fit for purpose and we are doing enough!

The fact is under the assessment toolkit that the Gov is basing their review on it does not take into account many of the extra duties SNAs go above and beyond to do. Our message to this Gov is loud and clear, that we need to prioritise SNAs, the work they do rather than make them feel penalised.

This week, Greens brought a motion demanding Government stay on TRACK (Timely, Reliable, Affordable, Contactless, Key Targets) when it comes to Public Transport. To establish a new Public Transport Passenger Experience Office & €10 billion increase in capital for public transport in the NDP review!
