I grew up watching Diane Keaton. She was strength, laughter, grace in one small frame. It hurts to know she’s gone to sleep in death, yet I hold hope. I look forward to seeing her again (John 5:28, 29). I will mourn but remember her like this:

I never missed the chance to kiss my mama, esp in school. I remember one drop-off at our middle school - me in 8th grade, my sister in 6th - she refused to kiss her. I made a big show of kissing her. That’s my mama. Seeing this video brought it all back. I’m glad this is celebrated, not bullied.
