What message did the BBC, Britain's "public service broadcaster", choose to lead with on the day heat records were smashed in the UK – another early warning of what experts are calling dangerous, super-charged climate whiplash? Bring it on, we want more!

Watch Question Time's Fiona Bruce immediately shut down the Green party deputy leader as soon as she challenges the other panellists for linking the marches against genocide with antisemitic attacks.

The sort of people who shouldn't have access to a nuclear bomb, according to Trump: "People who are sick of mind. Tough, smart and sick. ... Mentally these are disturbed people. And powerful and rich. If you think I'm going to allow them to have a nuclear weapon..."

Trita Parsi on how Israel is systematically killing off Iran's consensus-makers – the latest is former foreign minister Kamal Kharazi – to make sure Trump has no one to negotiate with.

All day the BBC has aired an Israeli military lie that the UK is not involved in the war on Iran – even as British bases host US bombers attacking Tehran. A patent Israeli falsehood being amplified by the BBC without a trace of pushback.

The BBC's Lucy Williamson says Israel is destroying south Lebanon "using Gaza as a model – a blueprint for destruction used again as a path to peace". That's right: genocide as "a path to peace". Orwell would be proud.

No mention from the BBC that Israel and the US committed the supreme crime in launching a war of aggression on Iran. Instead Clive Myrie tells us only that they "seek to transform Iran". I guess that means Putin's 2022 invasion was just his way of "seeking to transform Ukraine".

This Australian film on Israel jailing and abusing young Palestinian children is more than 10 years old. Israel wants you thinking it treats children this way because they throw stones. No. Children throw stones because generations of Palestinians have been treated this way.

Don't wait for the BBC or Ch4 to report on the legal and human rights abuses of the Filton 24 – political prisoners jailed for trying to stop a genocide. We must rely on independent film-makers to tell their story. Please help here if you can: chuffed.org/project/oper...

Genocide can take many forms. Leaving people to slowly die from exposure to flooding and cold, denied adequate food to sustain body heat, is just another way for Israel to kill more Palestinians.

Trump tells Israel's Knesset: "We’ve given a lot [of weapons] to Israel.. You used them well. It takes people that know how to use them, and you obviously used them very well." Son-in-law Kushner on his trip to Gaza: "It looked almost like a nuclear bomb had been set off."

10 12

The BBC still furiously peddling the fiction that Trump "railroaded" Netanyahu into a peace deal. No, the US could have secured a deal any time over the past two years by ending the shipments of bombs. Washington *chose* to keep the genocide going till Gaza was levelled.

The BBC and Home Secretary conveniently ignoring *why* anti-genocide protesters were out on the streets the same day as the Manchester attack: Because Israel had just abducted hundreds of activists, including Britons, trying to break its illegal starvation-siege of Gaza.

64 33

Yes, the Home Secretary really did just say we need to hold off protesting against the British government's continuing complicity in Israel's daily slaughter in Gaza out of respect for Jews grieving over the Manchester synagogue attack.

26 13

The BBC has spent two years silencing those who try to name Israel's mass slaughter in Gaza a genocide. But all it takes is four dead in Ukraine and the BBC gives Kyiv's mayor a platform to call the Russian attacks a genocide.

On the day the UN concludes Israel is guilty of genocide, the BBC's Lucy Williamson once again promotes Israel's favourite, phoney genocide-denial talking point. She claims those who refuse to be ethnically cleansed by Israel from Gaza City will serve as Hamas "human shields".

49 19

The BBC's Lucy Williamson, embedded with the Israeli army in Gaza, thinks the most pressing question isn't "How is Israel getting away with ethnically cleansing 1 million Palestinians?" No, it's whether two new "aid sites" will "be enough to persuade people to come?"

37 15

This is Journalism 101: The BBC's Lucy Williamson: "What Israel sees as defence, many others now see as indefensible." Unless she's a mindreader, how does she know Israel sees attacking hospitals as "defence" – and not, as its leaders keep saying, part of a genocidal plan.

36 18

Watch as Israel murders five reporters, and rescuers, at Nasser Hospital in Gaza. Imagine foreign journalists had been let into Gaza. It would be them being blown apart as they reported on an earlier Israeli strike on the hospital. Maybe then the media might finally concede it's a genocide.

32 20

More obscene "journalism" from BBC News. This is how it reports Israel murdering five journalists in Gaza: "There's the question of proportionality. Is it justified to kill five journalists when you were only targeting one?"

44 27

Human rights group B'Tselem releases shocking video of Palestinian journalist Awdah Hathaleen filming his own murder at the hands of Israeli settler Yinon Levi. As is usual in Israel, a judge quickly released Levi, even though the footage shows he shot Hathaleen in cold blood.

BBC News offers us a "good" Israeli in ex-general Matan Vilnai, who opposes Netanyahu's Gaza "occupation" plan. Vilnai, as deputy defence minister in 2007, proposed committing a "Shoah" in Gaza – the Hebrew word for the Nazi Holocaust. Looks like Vilnai got his way.
