Both films have scenes that have an "animation" approach when it comes to action scenes (don't know how to word that properly) that I wish more live-action media played around with. This bit from Cutie Honey remains one of the coolest things I've ever seen a live-action film do:

How can anyone look at a scene like this and not think this movie's genuinely fucking awesome.

An animation project I made for Video Production last semester. We had to make a 30-second CM or trailer with at least one live-action shot and one animated/SFX shot. This was a horror-comedy loosely inspired by my experience taking the public bus home. I wanted to play around with mixed media.
