The clock is ticking. We are coming up on 60 days since Trump dragged America into a war with Iran, meaning the War Powers Act requires him to come to Congress for authorization. Congress needs to finally end Trump’s costly war of choice.

Our immigration court system simply cannot be impartial nor effective as long as it remains under the DOJ and the executive branch. That’s why I’ve introduced a bill with @raskin.house.gov, @hankjohnson.house.gov, and @repdangoldman.bsky.social to create an independent immigration court system.

Republicans are trying to give another $70 billion to ICE and CBP and…$1 BILLION for Trump’s ballroom. Nothing to help lower the cost of your gas, your groceries, or your healthcare.

This Memorial Day, we remember all those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of this nation. We must honor them by continuing to protect the freedoms and democracy for which they gave their lives.

Just because Pam Bondi was fired doesn’t excuse her from accountability for her role in the Epstein file coverup. There is still a bipartisan subpoena to have her testify in front of Congress, and she must comply so the American people can get the truth.

I just reviewed some of the unredacted Epstein files at the Department of Justice. Trump and many powerful people are often mentioned, but there’s also MILLIONS of files the DOJ continues to withhold in violation of the law. This coverup needs to end.
