England’s chalk streams are among the rarest habitats on Earth & a crucial part of our natural heritage. In Basingstoke we are lucky to have beautiful rivers like the River Loddon. I believe securing UNESCO World Heritage status for chalk streams would build on the protections Government has made.

Yesterday in the Treasury Committee the OBR confirmed that the Chancellor's remarks on 4 Nov were entirely consistent with what the OBR were forecasting... the Tories seemed to ignore that point in today's Urgent Question
