I led the defeat of Republicans’ partisan bill that would have handed Donald Trump unprecedented control over the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum.   Women’s history belongs to the American people—not Donald Trump and his loyal followers.

The more we shed light on Donald Trump's attempts to take over American elections, and the rights voters have, the less likely he is to succeed in silencing voters.   I talked about my work with the Committee on House Administration on Talking Points Memo.

A quick reminder on the U.S. Constitution for my Republican colleagues:   Article I, Section 4 makes clear that the President has no role in administering our elections.

The President changes his mind multiple times in the same hour on the same day about the same subject.   His whims are destroying our economy.

The Trump Administration's move to vacate convictions for seditious conspiracy by members of Oath Keepers and Proud Boys for what happened on January 6th, 2021 is beyond disgraceful.   We need to put an end to the corruption that goes on in the Trump Administration.

Americans are struggling right now, and Donald Trump is only making it worse.   He is not a serious man.

We have lost 89,000 manufacturing jobs since the Trump Administration took office.   Now, they want to enact further cuts that will mean fewer economic opportunities for hardworking Americans while global competitors gain ground.

The President, as he so often does, made commitments and promises, then failed to deliver.   Now he wants working Americans to pay $1 billion for his gilded ballroom.

Donald Trump has confiscated the White House. He has turned the power of the presidency into something that enriches him instead of working for the American people.
