June 4, 1976: The wild final five seconds of double overtime from Game 5 of the NBA Finals, including... -John Havlicek's go-ahead shot -Referee Richie Powers assaulted by fan -Paul Westphal's timeout -Gar Heard's game-tying buzzer-beater The Celtics defeated the Suns in triple overtime, 128-126.
June 3, 1988: Detroit’s Dennis Rodman and Boston rookie Brad Lohaus are ejected for fighting in Game 6 of the ECF. Lohaus was fined $1,500. Rodman was fined $1,000. Mark Acres, Jim Paxson and Fred Roberts of the Celtics were each fined $500. The Pistons won, 95-90, and advanced to the NBA Finals.
June 1, 1993: Charles Barkley finishes with 43 PTS (16-22 FG/11-11 FT)/15 REB/10 AST and Dan Majerle adds 34 PTS (8-10 3P) in the Suns' 120-114 win over Seattle in Game 5 of the WCF. Kevin Johnson added 13 PTS/10 AST for Phoenix. Shawn Kemp scored 33 PTS and Ricky Pierce had 27 PTS for the Sonics.
May 22, 2004: Reggie Miller's only FG of Game 1 is the game-winning three with 31.7 seconds left in Indiana's 78-74 victory over Detroit in the ECF. The Pacers' Jermaine O'Neal had 21 PTS/14 REB/2 BLK. Richard Hamilton scored 23 PTS and Ben Wallace had 11 PTS/22 REB/5 BLK/5 AST for the Pistons.
May 21, 1984: Postgame comments from Bucks coach Don Nelson, Milwaukee's Junior Bridgeman (20 PTS), and Celtics coach KC Jones after the Bucks beat Boston, 122-113, in Game 4 of the ECF. The Bucks' Paul Pressey scored 22 PTS. Larry Bird had 32 PTS/10 REB/8 AST/3 STL for the Celtics (who lead, 3-1).
