We're paying more for gas, groceries, and health care. W/o action, the average Social Security benefit will be cut by $500/month in 2032! Meanwhile, Trump is planning ANOTHER monument to himself no one wants or needs. November is coming. We need to vote like our lives depend on it.

Last week, billionaire Scott Bessent said Americans hadn't paid that much more for gas since the war with Iran started. Billionaires might not notice the difference, but the rest of us are making tough choices to make ends meet. We need to elect a Congress that will lower prices for all of us.

Dr. Oz says that Trump "loves and cherishes Medicaid and Medicare" and "saved Medicad." That's weird: His tax cuts have led to decreased Medicaid funding, which means that many seniors now have to pay higher Medicare premiums, which is something many can't afford.

According to Scott Bessent, being upset that Americans are dipping into savings to pay for necessities like gas and groceries is a "doomer view." Most retirees live on a fixed income. We MUST elect a Congress that will bring DOWN the cost of food, utilities, gas, and medicine.

According to Trump, TrumpRx helps people save up to 600% on prescription drugs. 🤨 If that were true, we'd be given free money when we go to the pharmacy to pickup our drugs. Reality: his tax law prevents the makers of HUNDREDS of drugs from ever having to negotiate lower prices with Medicare.

Today, Trump lied (again) about Social Security, repeating Elon Musk's BS about 125-y/o people collecting benefits. Reality: Trump and DOGE decimated the SSA, and his tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy are robbing Social Security of billions in revenue.

Last week, Senator Jon Husted claimed that the people who are losing coverage due to GOP budget cuts don't "deserve Medicaid." This erases the millions of people who rely on Medicaid, including older adults who aren't yet old enough for Medicare and many nursing home residents!
