Speaking to Sahat English, Palestinians displaced from Gaza’s so-called “Yellow Line” describe living under nonstop Israeli shelling, quadcopter attacks, and tank fire, where death can strike homes and tents without warning.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu publicly praised forces involved in intercepting the Global Sumud Flotilla and kidnapping international activists aboard the peaceful Gaza solidarity mission in international waters.

Palestinian organizations in Belgium organized a solidarity event where families from Gaza who lost loved ones presented symbolic gifts to activists and organizations supporting Palestine. Organizers said the gesture was meant to “let them know we see their work”.

Just like in Gaza, the Israeli occupation continues to relentlessly bomb southern Lebanon behind the façade of a farcical ceasefire. Time and again, it has proven its contempt for human life and international law.
