Ukraine's monitoring channels have reported that Russia has likely used its Oreshnik IRBM on Bila Tserkva in Kyiv Oblast. Earlier, Zelenskyy said that Ukrainian intelligence, citing data shared by US and European partners, informed him that Russia was preparing a combined strike using Oreshnik.
