Unser Gesetzesentwurf löst ein Problem, das es nur noch in Bayern gibt: Das Alles oder Nichts Prinzip im Jurastudium. Wenn man alles andere geschafft hat und nur das Staatsexamen nicht bestanden hat, soll man zumindest einen Bachelor-Abschluss bekommen. CSU und Freie Wähler waren aber klar dagegen.
