More than a thousand U.S. troops have begun leaving Lithuania after completing their deployment. Lithuanian Defense Minister Robertas Kaunas says Vilnius has received assurances that another U.S. contingent will be sent, but no timeline has been announced.

“The EU is constantly alarming that Russia is using artificial intelligence,” said Beata Płomecka, Polish Radio correspondent in Brussels, highlighting concerns that Moscow is using AI to spread disinformation, particularly in Africa.
