Every House Democrat and four Republicans signed a discharge petition to force a vote on extending Affordable Care Act subsidies. That vote will happen this week. I invite more of my Republican colleagues to support our push lower health care costs for the American people.

The data proves Trump wrong. California families spent $2,355 more on average last year because of inflation fueled by Trump's tariffs. The president needs to acknowledge reality and follow through on his promise to lower costs.

Donald Trump has demonstrated over and over again that he is the most corrupt president in American history.

We successfully forced a vote against Speaker Johnson's wishes to restore Affordable Care Act subsidies and lower health care costs for more than 20 million Americans. That vote is happening this afternoon. Let’s get this done.

Last week, I called on Trump to go on national TV and explain why he’s asking Congress for $200 billion to fund the war in Iran while American families can’t afford to cover their basic expenses. I will be watching tonight to see what the president says.
