Eine kurze Auszeit in der Natur für dich. Mit Bachrauschen, Vogelgezwitscher, Buntspecht-Trommeln und dem Anblick eines Graureihers. Wie wäre es, das Handy anschliessend zur Seite zu legen und mal raus in die echte Natur zu schauen?

Ich durfte heute das zweite mal in meinem Leben einen Schwarzspecht beobachten. So tolle Tiere! 😍

Mein heutiger Quicktipp für eine kurze Auszeit im Alltag: Höre bewußt Vögeln zu: - Morgens im Bett - Beim Kaffeekochen - Wenn du aus dem Haus trittst - Zum Feierabend mit einem Getränk auf dem Balkon Schliesse für einen Moment die Augen und fokussiere dich nur auf ihren Gesang.

Nach dem starken Regen am Morgen durfte ich eine Schnecke auf meiner Dachterasse ganz intensiv erkunden. Ich hab da ein kleines Video zusammengestellt, wo man sie mit vielen Details wirklich gut beobachten kann. Für alle, die 🐌 auch so toll finden wie ich. 😉

Ich liebe es, die Stieglitze in meinen Kornblumen zu beobachten. 😍

Die noch neuen Stauden bewähren sich hier schon. Erste Brumseln finden sich am Wiesensalbei ein. Ich freu mich! 😍🐝 (Alle Pflanzen gekauft beim Biogartenversand Hof Jeebel. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. )
