A federal court already ruled, twice, that members of Congress have the right to inspect ICE detention facilities without advance notice. Last week, we went to the Otay Mesa Detention Center to do exactly that. ICE handed us a memo, signed the same day, telling us we now need two days notice,
Trump sued his own government for $10 billion. Today he settled with the DOJ he runs and cut the judge out of the process. The deal: a $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund his Attorney General controls, with no court oversight and no transparency. It’s the most corrupt scheme of his presidency.
Trump’s sons signed a weapons deal with the Air Force during a war Congress never authorized. Amazon paid $40 million for a Melania documentary, then won a $581 million no-bid Pentagon contract. The corruption is not hidden anymore. It is the business model. November cannot come fast enough.

Republicans in Congress know. They know Trump is undermining the rule of law. They’re choosing to look the other way because they’re scared of being primaried or called a RINO. That’s a choice with consequences. Own it now, or own it later when history does the accounting for you.
Mike Johnson is turning into the MyPillow guy. He admits he has no evidence, ignores courts and audits, and still pushes election conspiracies to serve Trump and his own political survival. He has generally surrendered the House and abandoned his oath. Weakest and worst Speaker in modern history.
