Last week, I hosted a Westminster Hall debate on International Parental Child Abduction. This hits families in Tiverton and Minehead hard. Hundreds of children are taken from the UK by a parent every year, and the legal framework meant to bring them home is not working. #Parliament #MP

Rural domestic abuse is underreported and under-addressed. Last week I asked the Minister what the Government is doing to tackle the unique pressures rural victims face, and called for a special committee to address the issue.
