Trump is dragging our country into a war with Venezuela. Congress needs to put on its big boy pants and demand real oversight of the Trump Administration. Anything less is a disservice to the American people.

Hegseth was upset yesterday, but the fact is he and Trump own this war. Democrats aren’t the adversary we represent the more than 60% of the American people who don’t want this war. They’ve gotten us stuck in a war and there's end in sight.

I introduced an amendment requiring a report on Trump's National Guard deployments for his mass deportation agenda.  The CBO reported that these deployments cost Americans $589 million.  House Republicans blocked it. Apparently, they don't want to know how much it costs.

I asked the Trump Admin point blank: "Are we still in hostilities with Iran?" and they can't say what we all know — this war continues and they're still not telling us the truth.
