I have a question for my GOP colleagues: why the hell would you want to come to Congress, hand over all your power to the president, and then betray your constituents and your values? Is it really worth it to avoid Trump’s wrath? I think it’s pathetic.

Republicans refuse to fund the TSA—which has an annual budget of $12B—but have no problem with Trump sending $32 BILLION to the Middle East to waste on another reckless regime change war.

I still can’t get an answer from Republican leadership: why does their farm bill shield pesticide companies like Bayer-Monsanto from liability for selling toxic pesticides that cause cancer? If the products are so safe, what are they so afraid of?

After just one month, Trump has already wasted more than $38 BILLION on his reckless war of choice against Iran. Think about all the hospitals, schools, roads, and bridges we could build with that money. His screwed up priorities are putting America last.

Republicans are now pretending to care about federal workers like TSA agents not getting paid. Where were they when Trump called federal employees “crooked” and “dishonest?” Or when DOGE illegally and incompetently fired employees who then had to be rehired? Spare us the crocodile tears.

Today I traveled to Selma with my colleagues in Congress to take a stand against the radical right-wing plot to suppress Black political representation and dismantle our democracy by gutting the Voting Rights Act. We’ve made too much progress in this country to go backwards. We won’t be silenced.
