Fuel shortages are now being reported across occupied Ukraine and parts of Russia itself, including Sevastopol, Yalta, Melitopol, Donetsk, Tver and Ryazan. This is the result of systematic Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries, oil depots and military logistics.

As a result of the explosion in Romania, two people were injured. The victims are receiving medical assistance on site.

In Odesa, a Russian drone reportedly struck a store area, triggering a major fire with thick smoke rising over the city. Videos and local reports show cars burning and emergency services responding at the scene, with early reports indicating multiple injured civilians.

Moscow region, the Solnechnogorskaya oil pumping station is reportedly still burning following the latest wave of Ukrainian drone strikes. Despite efforts to downplay the damage, videos circulating online continue to show thick black smoke rising over critical energy infrastructure north of Moscow.
