Last summer began with three tiny puppies abandoned at a cement factory on the outskirts of the city. They were so small, so scared, and the place was incredibly dangerous for them... We took them to safety and started searching for families, but no one wanted to adopt them.

At the very least, we can give them a small chance by showing up daily and making sure they have food. Recently, a kind follower from our city donated a full bag of puppy food - one more day of life for the babies! It won’t save them, but it will help them survive a little longer.

When I asked when exactly he was hit, they told me it happened a week ago, they just assumed he would heal on his own... Because so much time was lost, his paw is now in serious danger. The vets managed to save his pelvis, and it's healed perfectly, but the bone in his leg isn’t growing.

After little Mauri was rescued by our team from the field where he was cruelly abandoned, he lived in the shelter, in an enclosure with the other puppies, never seeing the outside world and not understanding how big and beautiful it is.
