(Forts.) Fremdstörche, die keinen Brutplatz haben konnten, versuchen das Nest anderer zu besetzen. Küken allein, ist die Gefahr, vom Feind angegriffen zu werden, groß. Aber jetzt können die Altstörche in der Nähe Futter suchen und im Notfall gleich zur Abwehr zurückkommen. Danke Landwirte!

Heute hab ich die ersten Fütterungen gesichtet. Die Storcheneltern fangen erst ca. 24 Stunden nach dem Schlupf an, die Jungen zu füttern: Sie bringen die gesammelte Nahrung wie weiche Würmer zum Nest, und würgen für ihren Nachwuchs heraus. #Stork #hatch #nature #bird #feeding
