you can chain flame pillar into itself a number of times against big bodies. this is still doable with other characters but they are much more capable of breaking out by being smaller so you can only get like 2 max, if they dont already break loose of the 1st one lol

cop notes are genuinely very difficult to chart with because nothing can really prepare you for how they actually look in game and I have spent like 5 hours tweaking their placement in this to make sure it's even readable... you get a very unique rush with them though

I really like how prominent parry is in the game, it's almost a required skill to have, as you get the most benefit out of it, with parry counters and the stun. it's something emphasized as a main mechanic in the opening, shield is more a secondary to it, I think that's cool
