I've recently seen an increase in constituents contacting me about the visa processing delays they've been experiencing. Today I asked the Government what is being done to address these delays.

Yesterday on BBC Newsnight, we discussed the ongoing war in Iran and when Trump might decide to end it. We also spoke about the UK's involvement and recent criticisms of Starmer.

Today I raised the impact that the war is having on rural constituencies like North East Fife. Not only are heating oil costs increasing, but so is the cost of fertiliser and red diesel which our agricultural sector relies on.

Lobular breast cancer is vastly under-researched, and as a result it can be missed by clinicians as it fails to be detected on a mammogram or by ultra sound. I asked the Government to commit to funding for the Moonshot Project and secure further research.

It is clear that Newburgh would benefit from having the railway station re-opened. It would support local businesses, improve connectivity and open up new opportunities for locals. I'll be writing to the new Scottish Transport Secretary to continue pushing for the station to be re-opened.
