Better pay, better benefits, and economic security. Apprenticeships offer life-changing paths into union jobs that lift up communities. During National Apprenticeship Week, we’re inspired by stories like Caroline’s, and the countless lives changed every year in apprenticeships.

Every job is now a technology job. But Big Tech Billionaires shouldn’t get to decide who wins and who loses in this new economy. Working people need AI guardrails and a strong voice on the job to make sure THEY are in the driver's seat to define this new tech future.

CEO pay rose 20x faster than workers’ pay in 2025. Top CEOs already make 285x what workers do—and they’re fed up. Working people don’t have to accept this. A union contract is how we take back our power and get our fair share of the profits WE create.

There is no worker or industry that AI and new tech don’t or won’t touch. Every job is now a technology job. At the Workers First AI Summit, working people came together to chart a path forward for an AI future that respects workers’ rights and protects our jobs and freedoms.
