Recent court wins in New Mexico and California against social media companies support our view that these platforms have harmed kids and teens and fueled the youth mental health crisis.

Our office is once again standing up for the rights of consumers and enforcing our laws against deceptive marketing. We’re suing Albertsons Companies, which owns Albertsons, Safeway, and Haggen, for years of overcharging Washingtonians with misleading “buy one get one free” promotions.
