We have heard nothing from Pam Bondi or her legal team. She didn't show up for her scheduled deposition, and half of the Epstein files are still unreleased. We are left with no choice. Contempt charges are coming.

Pam Bondi skipped showing up for her hearing and she continues to avoid our committee. Unfortunately for her, she has no choice but to negotiate coming in — or she’ll be held in contempt. We want answers from her, and we’re not stopping until we get them.

We haven't forgotten that the DOJ is withholding 50 percent of the Epstein files. Not only do we want Blanche, Patel, and others to appear before our Committee, but we also need the remaining 3 MILLION documents to conduct a thorough investigation and get justice for survivors.

Acting AG Todd Blanche wants to stop talking about Epstein, but that’s not going to happen. There is so much more to this investigation: 50 percent of the files haven’t been released. Pam Bondi needs to testify. Survivors deserve justice.

Howard Lutnick tried to distance himself from Epstein by repeating a story that simply doesn't line up with the facts. If a Cabinet Secretary lies to the American public, they should no longer serve in that position. Mr. Lutnick should resign or be fired.

There is no reason we should not videotape Pam Bondi's interview. This is an important moment for the Epstein investigation, and she has a lot to answer for. Republicans videotaped and released other interviews, so why not this one? Stop the White House cover-up.

Women and girls in this country need to be able to believe that their government will support them if something horrific happens. We must continue to center survivors like Annie, and we won’t stop until they get justice.

There is no legal reason for the DOJ to withhold the rest of the Epstein files from Congress. Our subpoena requires a FULL release. Pam Bondi needs to end this White House cover-up and release all the files, now.

We are committed to accountability and the truth. Whether it’s Kristi Noem, Pam Bondi, or Stephen Miller, Oversight Democrats are going to take on EVERY instance of corruption in this Administration. We will get answers.

If Melania Trump wants real justice, she should ask her husband to release the rest of the Epstein files and ensure that Pam Bondi testifies. No more distractions.
