This President has repeatedly kicked our allies in the teeth and cozied up to our adversaries. This has real consequences for states like Michigan, especially when it comes to our relationship with Canada.

As someone who has been the target of the President’s attacks, it’s important to recognize who he intends to help with this $1.8 billion slush fund of taxpayer dollars.

 Americans don’t feel great after we got bogged down for years and years and years in the Iraq war. And it’s not a lot to ask, whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, for a plan after we're coming off 20 years of being bogged down in wars.

There are lots of good ideas out there on housing, but the reality is, we need to build more housing to lower people's costs. Let's declare a National Housing Emergency and build 4 million homes.

 There needs to be fundamental reform of ICE. The public is crying out for that.

Michigan is a specialty crop state, and the skyrocketing fertilizer costs due to the war with Iran is only making life harder for our farmers.

 I can't think of a state that's more adversely affected by tariffs than Michigan. People here understand that all the back and forth is not helpful for the economy.

Our military knows the law and their duty to push back against illegal orders. Especially as the President suggests he wants the U.S. to obliterate an entire civilization.
