The 12th season of The Science of Childhood Cancer begins February 5th. For the next 15 weeks, leading experts across the spectrum of pediatric cancer research will give lectures on Thursdays at 12pm ET / 1 pm CT.

Today we mark the eighth anniversary of St. Jude Global and its work to address disparities in outcomes for children worldwide. Through collaboration with WHO and global partners, St. Jude Global expands access to care while sharing knowledge, technology and expertise.

We are excited to kick off this season of SOCC with a milestone: our 150th lecture. Join us every Thursday, from 8/14 to 11/20, at 12 PM CT / 1 PM ET for an engaging and interactive 15-week virtual lecture series.

Carlos Rodriguez-Galindo, MD, EVP and Director of St. Jude Global, is at the 80th UN General Assembly to help advance sustainable, collaborative solutions for catastrophic childhood diseases. Watch the video for more on why international partnership matters.

Qualitative research captures lived experiences and context that numbers alone can miss. At St. Jude, Dylan Graetz, MD, and Erica Kaye, MD, led a symposium to help apply these methods in care and research, bringing patient and family voices into the process.

The Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship at St. Jude and @uthsc.bsky.social provides access to leading mentors, research opportunities and career development, preparing fellows to advance care of pediatrics infections with enhanced experience in caring for immunocompromised children.

The Career Advancement Program (CAP) fellowship at St. Jude helps early career scientists like Cameron Ogg, PhD, explore career paths outside of the lab. CAP provides immersive, hands-on training and mentorship to equip postdocs for diverse roles in academia, industry and beyond.
